We accept only the top 3% of local contractors. Every field below is verified before you ever see a homeowner's project.
Compliance gates — all five are enforced:
- 10+ years operating under the same business name.
- 100+ Google reviews with a 4.7★ or higher average.
- Active state contractor license, verified against the issuing board.
- ≥$500,000 general liability insurance with a current expiration date.
- Workers' compensation coverage on file.
Applications that fail any gate are rejected automatically. Approved pros are re-verified annually.
